in out country, there are the centers of Jamat-ul-Dawah(lashkar-e-taiba) in every city and evety village. they work freely. there aim is to control the india . the send many worriers to indian lands. But there jihad is not True Jihad. They fight to take the lands . they don't fight for Allah.
