If it is okay to cut of your genitals.(which is harming yourself) there should be no prohibition of drugs. There should be no prohibition of any kind of medicine. We would then be free to do what we want. But the truth is, the law recognizes that adults can be stupid, and there must be regulations in place to stop people from self-harm.If only surgery could be performed to remove tautological bo.llocks.
