But they're already there, right? From the unknown, and there's nothing we can do about it. Before life begins, there should be things to support it, rite? The things that formed the building blocks of life. The soup was coming out from...?? And the things that formed the soup? Like chicken soup, we need chicken and other ingredients to make it, but those ingredients are already in the kitchen, perhaps mom bought them from the store, etc, etc. then she cooks all of them to make the soup.
