Clean and unclean animals were spoke of in Genesis 7:2 clean animals by sevens and unclean by two into the Ark. The seventh day Sabbath was spoken of at the end of creation Genesis 2:1-3 God created everything in 6 days and on the 7th He rested from His work and He blessed the seventh day and sanctified it. Both long before Moses was born!
