I watched this because i tried Lidl beef mince yesterday and it was literal paste. I break mince up with my fingers first, before transferring it into a pan. Even Asda shyte is like proper minced steak cuts, like it's been put through a tabletop hand crank.
But this Lidl mince wasn't mince, it was just squidgy cotton wool, blood sausage filling, crap.

This video doesn't cover mince but it covers lots of things, and whilst it transpires i'm pretty savvy and knew quite a lot of it, i still learned a few things.
