Fresh made tamales with the best green tamale sauce I have ever tasted. And yes, I have been to Mexico almost a dozen times during my lifetime and we have a native Mexican population that existed here in Oklahoma long before it was made a state.
And no, Mexico never owned Oklahoma. But it it was traded between France and Spain before it was purchase from the USA by President Thomas Jefferson from France in what was known as the Louisiana Purchase.
