So yesterday I was work on day shift and I was checking on a resident Wen I heard a man's voice call out 3 times HELP ME so I left the resident wand walked down the corridor to where the only 2 men in the corridor was to find them both chilling in their rooms and not in distress I thought it strange but I went back to reception where my workmates were then 10 mins later we all heard a woman's voice say help me 3 times too we all ran to the women on the same corridor but No1 was in distress
