Its utter garbage just an excuse for global communism because they cant get it through the voting system. The ocean is literally dying. It's not an endless resource. It's a closed system.. like a fish tank. Conditions aren't right? Everything in there dies. It's happening right here where I live. The biggest indicator about how bad it is? Our government and scientists are doing absolutely nothing about it. So how the fu*k is that a scam or to do with creating a tax or communism? d*ckhead.
