Just like I said from the very start of covid I'm sure they had some idea what was happening. The research wasn't exactly hidden, there were articles about it in Nature magazine published in 2016.

So, basically.. I'm fairly sure this was part of the ''gain of function'' research. So they probably had samples of anything and everything they could get their hands on. Combine it with SARS and whatever they were getting from the horseshoe bats etc. The rest is history.
