Di ckson and Jonathan have always played their roles well dependable administrators, functional within the machine. Aris sits above them, operating quietly as the system's architect. And make no mistake: it is a system. A structure built to run, not to elevate. But I see it clearly now, and there's no bitterness in that clarity.

I've used this environment as a training ground.
Ive built myself. Ive sharpened my voice, my presence, my control.
Ive taken on responsibilities others avoided; stepped in for others, led where silence lived, and kept the quality consistent when no one was watching.

No late nights. No overtime. No hand-holding. Just results.

So no Im not angry I wasnt chosen.


You say the face of leadership will always be exclusively white while we get ousted and passed for the sidelines?
Not for long.

Because Im coming for that space. With every ounce of grit, discipline, and earned power Ive forged here.
They will recognize me.
Not out of courtesy
But because theyll have no other fu*king choice.
