Its not about taking over the country its all about defeating and weakening russia to these american left leaning politicians. Scumbag american politicians are the reason this war started in the first place. Also if they cared about ukranians they would not use them as meat in there proxy war.So Russia doesn't want to take over Ukraine and install its puppet government. Just like America installed its puppet government in Ukraine. They both want the benefits of owning Ukraine.
