His problem isn't anything to do with Bluetooth, he says. It's Wi-Fi giving him problems.

I have a shortcut key for that. When I swipe down twice, a load of soft keys. I can select my favourite 12 from a list. It's also in widgets, so holding a finger on a blank space will invite the widget choice list.

He has the link, but it doesn't stay on, or turn on...? And it's something those phones are renowned for... I'd be getting the manufacturer to sort it.Thank you, I have solved it, I appreciate.
