The place is clean but over the weekend when the cleaners are off from work the food piles up. The place is a 14 floor private residence place and there are 2 building where the bin rooms are both on the underground car parks I look after the buildings as a security officer and every 2 hours I have to go in to the bin rooms to check of the bins are full of the time are I have to move the full bin to the side and put empty bins under the chute and that's when I see the rats running away when
