Unfortunately I don't have much experience with that syndrome myself. One of my colleagues has it though. Lovely guy, well liked by all of us. Randomly, some times even during meetings, he would like kind of freeze and then started yelling and keep saying this one swearing word repeatedly. He doesn't remember anything afterwards. Except for during these attacks does he not swear at all.(dontknow)You have more experience in the matter than I do and I'm aware there are other physical symptoms. I just find it notable that expletives rather than any other noises are associated with tourettes
