We haven't had a 'world leader' in UK since thatcher, she had the ability to throw Britain's diminished weight around on the world stage, and when we were attacked, albeit by a bunch of llama sh*gging wannabe cowboys, she kicked their bottoms...all our leaders since her have sucked up to uncle sam Thatcher was famous for her close relationship with Reagan and sucked up plenty. The fact is though the Americans now face a decline in their relative wealth, influence and power and have done for some time now. They will just have to get used to it this century same as Britain did last century
