There is trolling and there is online abuse. I think if you are seriously abusive to someone even online repetitively then it isn't much different than harassment. It'll be a difficult law to define though and I am sure there will be a lot of wasted time over it, when there is enough pressure on the police and courts right now as there is. Best thing is to just block, ignore and eventually drop your use, if it's getting to you that much...
