many people are oblivious to English contract law and common law, that's why they have gotten away with fking ppl over for many years with the tv licence and many other things, they can't take you to court because you haven't signed or breached any contract or given your consent agreeing to pay them for a service they may have providedI've heard this, same goes for parking tickets etc, there's a way round it if you declare you don't consent to it. Something along those lines, my boss was telling me
