the way they write the laws nowadays I would be surprised if Mr Oxford or Webster himself would be able to understand it. But I get the gist, so how come if it's still a law so many ppl do it. Not just the idf but many countries? They don't get prosecuted or any fine. Must be one of those laws that are just there but don't mean anything. And btw there are plenty of those.
