Also you can be sanctioned for being 5 mins late to the job centre..hope the buses are running on time!In the jobcentre i work in we don't sanction folk for being late. They might be sanctioned if they don't attend on the day for an appointment but it depends on the reasons why they couldn't attend. Not everyone gets sanctioned whatever you may have heard/read.
