vigilance is good, it was just the small changes remark that threw me. genuinely I can't think of changes I could make (not being a parent) that would reduce the likelihood of children committing or suffer sex crimes.Yeah I regret I came off like that. Sorry all. I am also not a parent,but I have 2 brothers that are very young. And there is a beast inside me watching over them haha.
