There is pure evil lurking around feeding on innocent souls. Senseless killings so evil it shocks you aunt perpetrated against the most innocent and weak in society. it is so evil that the normal laws of humanity can no longer stop it. there is no rehab tp stop this and i sincerely don't know how you are supposed to forget it. A new type of law is necessary to stop this evil. It needs to be routed out with out mercy.
