Subject: 3G NEC e228

I can't get this phone (NEC e228) to do anythin on their network, its only able to make calls! Any help on that? I think Digi network supports up to 2.5G's phones, but the NEC is a 3G! Can I get it to work perfectly here or do I ave to wait for them to upgrade their services?
