Ive ad that problem. Sent me phone to be fixed n stupid 3 sent it bak not fixed twice. They then sent me same phone replacement wit same prob. Ive not ad me phone for 5 wks. Eventualy they sent me this nokia which is cr*p n as not alot of mem gd luck
