I have a imate jam its a cool phone but i have a prob with it all of a sudden its missing the sim tool kit program i sent it to melbourne to get them to fix it and they said its unfixable i think there telling lies is there a site where i can delete all the software and reload it with updated software to fix it i have a cable all i need is to know how to sort it out all i need is that app
