please dont take any offense, but this topic Question shouldve been who is the best rapper in any african country. in my opinion rap isnt music. its a form of art.highly respected,no doubt. a rapper is an artist not a musician, unless he plays an instument or can actually sing.. the guy behind the turn table is not a musician, maybe an engineer. but that is not music.. just my opinion.
