@msandi the sound quality of motorazrv8 is poor but im sure its still better than the v360. V8 does NOT have a card slot but has 420mb onboard mem. Yes, a headset is included in the box (also usb cable, moto phone tools cd, windows media player 11 cd, micro-mini usb converter and the charger of course). Sound through headset is good although not as loud as my 6234.
