You can usually find provider settings on google. But the thing that did it for me was user ID AS MY 1234567890:1 PASSWORD EMAIL ACCOUNT PASSWORD. Go to providers homepage set up pop account first thought. I can send and recieve email on my t-mobileusa account. Both on N71 and V3x.
