Epic Warm and Spicy Nacho Dip.

One can of drained Ro-Tel, reserve the juice.
One can of your favorite chili
One third loaf of Velveeta cheese cubed
Your favorite tortilla chips

And drained Ro-Tel and chili and warm to simmering. Then add the cubed Velveeta a few chunks at a time and stir until melted.
Add the Ro-Tel juice at one tablespoon at a time until the dip reaches dipping consistency.
Transfer dip to a bowl and serve with tortilla chips.

If Ro-Tel is not available in your area, try finding diced tomatoes with chillies.
