or because there are perhaps no specs to boast about in the first place. one thing puzzles me though, how can an iphone be a status symbol when so many people have got them? after all a status symbol is supposed to be something thats exclusive. even my mate has an iphone and he doesnt even work, so how can it possibly be a status symbol?! thats the bit I find hard to stomach.Lol I've thought about that too.
