Oh, he's whizzy and told me what to do so I got certain things back, apparently saved on my email.

I had to do a restore because my phone was acting weird, probably over the capacity type issues. So I did the update then attempted the restore.

Turned out the dates I was looking on for last back ups didn't quite match- date and time were way off so that sorts confused me. I managed to play around and found just the backup I'd wanted. It's sorted now. Thanks.
