Subject: Connection/reception problem?

It usually happens when I'm at work, where the reception is a bit hit and miss... But I can usually get the 'dot' back by just switching to aeroplane mode and then back again... Or if that doesn't work I just reboot my phone...

Today I was at home where the reception should be good anyway, but my 'dot' disappeared and I tried both things but it still didnt come back...

I don't know if its a problem with my phone or if O2 are having problems... If I understood what the 'dot' was, it might give me a clue what's causing the problem...
