There are tons of apps out there that can transfer files from the iphone to the pc via USB...Get a free app called iFunbox from www.i-funbox.com If your firmware version is 3.x then first install Afc2add from Cydia on ur iPhone, after that install iFunbox on ur PC. iTunes should be installed on ur PC for iFunbox to detect ur iPhone.
