Subject: skyrim thieves caches

i done all the extra work, got influence in all four citys, etc only thing i have yet to do is return the skeleton key. was just wondering if i need to do that first or if its just bugged n i gotta wait for a patch. the 3 in riften are there but none in whiterun,solitude, markarth or windhelm
