There has been years of stagnation at at the hands of 17-25 year old white guys loudly declaring anything without realistic blood spurts and a massive roster of weapons not real gaming. As a result all the money goes to fps and yearly sports titles and all the innovation is left to the indies in their bedrooms, who know a lot of people will write their game off on the graphics alone
