The sanquine rose summons one for 60 seconds each time, quite a nifty weapon and handy in fights its one of my faves. If u find someone called sam guinevere in any of the inns, he travels to a few so will have to hunt for him, challenge him to a drinking match....go from there really if u complete the quest he gives u the sanguine rose :)
