There is a rumor floating about the net that is saying the higher price is down to the problems ms had developing the new cpu when adding built in es ram to make up the latancy of the ddr3 ram in the xbo instead of just using ddr5 like sony did. I half believe this but i feel most of the extra cost is the kinnect.
