ok, confused now. In the one i've seen, she doesn't get out. She breaks through the surface, and escapes. Then, it cuts back to her in the caves, and you realise she was dreaming, and still trapped. You hear the creatures moving in on her, and the film ends.If u look carefully u see her head on one of their bodies. It's symbolic, she had flipped out from all the stress involved in surviving *spoiler alert* in the second one she has lost her memory because of her psychotic break
