Also make sure your phone is NOT cid49. If it is, then you cant update the firmware to w800i. That is because there is NO w800i with cid49 firmware. You cant use the farmanager as well because it does not support cid49 phones. So there's no chance of updating the camera driver, editing operator logos, icons etc. Im one of those unlucky people who have a cid49 K750i :( almost all new K750is are cid49 :(
