I have both handsets the w800 is better the main item is the C.d burning app otheR wise its the same handset with the cd burner your music is more compressed so it affects the memory other wise the k750 looks nicer but if its the music you prefer go 4 the w800 or wait 4 the S.e w900 it comes with a 470 mb built in memory and its 3 G 2megapixel
