What do you expect? To upgrade your firmware and everything work? You sir, are technically screwed... Unless, you have root access and have made a backup from the previous firmware. My Z3 came with 5.0.2 and it's now running 4.4.4 with a 5.0.2CFW. You can find all you need on Google.
