Subject: How to do a software

I tried doin that but it says that my phone already has the latest software. My phones been acting weird, it vibrates n wen i take it out of my pocket it switches off n the blue light for the camera key on the side is lit up. I hav 2 wait at least a min b4 turning it on again. Is there any other way to do a software upgrade?
