Increase the volum?!lol very funny .thanx for the advise I tried. Updating but it wouldn't I guess my settings weren't right however I downloaded opera succesfully after I were promptyl asked to fix my settings right.then I tried updating again and it worked. Now the mp3 works.it apparently didn't have an mp3 player.and it didn't have other things aswell like the funny lighting feature themes but now it does. Practically put they sold me a software ed up phone and they knew it.they
