It doesnt download at that speed, if u use opera and click save as, opera will automaticaly start downloading the file behind the scenes til u click ok, and the speed vs size rati0 is calculated for what uv downloaded in that tym, hence seeing a boostd speed. Thats just a programs calculator u viewing in a way.
