Yes the same thing is happening to me, since last weekend the opera mini 4.1 i have installed has been awful. It keeps checking if i have a working connection (i always do) and then i'm allowed to browse normally for a few minutes. Until i grinds to a halt again. Tried calling my network but it's fine. Won't even replace it with another when i try to.
