People are quite capable of being organised. There are people on low wages who have spare money at the end of the month because they have their finances organised.
Yes, they may be open to the idea of adapting to a higher financial threshold, but there are also some who'd be put-off by the idea, or find a prospective partner's higher wealth intimidating.
