.............I believe it can work, and I've seen it work. As for my own experiences, well I've met 4 people off here, and for those who know me...well, they know how they turned out. And for all the cynics out there, you'll find that most people actually meet online these days as opposed to going out and meeting someone in the flesh. The number of dating/match sites has risen over the past few years as more and more people have internet capable devices in their homes...
