I apolagise for not submitting a reply but i did try to imput 999 emergency call number in uk still no joy am afraid i would b eva so grateful if u have any other possible solutions i promise to tell u if it has worked or not.Please don't give up posting help as am grateful but my lifes been a little hectic to say the least + so taken longer to catch back up.
