Subject: corsa b rubbing help

they rub when its just me when i go on bumpy roads but its not to bad. or quite alot when its full of people. it seams the rear right gets it the most its rubbing off the plastic on the arch and making shallow cuts on the tyre. how can i go down to 185 tyres they wont fit on my alloys will they? but i likr the idea of stiffer shocks just need to know what ones and from where
