About the 2JZ and and RB motors both cannot manage over 650 hp without forgged or hypertuenic engine internals. And in both engines the turbos are sequential one makes boost to about 4000 rpm while the other one builds up boost with the first one.and I've known Rb's what has from head job to forgged bottom end with a big aftermarket variable nozzle turbo whats making 986 wheel hp at 32 psi.
