there could be an error on tryin a R1 on first go.... heads up you could get lucky.. i started on a Kawasaki GPZ400, NINJA.. maybe you should look to a good 400 16valve 2win cam.. aint nothin wrong.. top end around 180-200 but takin you up there.. it,s all you need..
